Over the years, we’ve seen a consistent shift. Many of our patients are navigating more complex and layered health concerns that require deeper review, coordination, and planning beyond the time spent face-to-face during the visit. To continue delivering the level of care you expect and deserve, we have updated our appointment structure.
What’s changed? All follow-up office visits are now billed at $375 per appointment.
What does this include? Your appointment time includes much more than the time you spend directly with your provider. It also allows for: • Detailed chart and lab review before your visit • Thoughtful clinical assessment and care planning • Post-visit documentation and coordination • Timely follow-up and treatment plan development
In some cases, we may reserve additional time on the schedule for more complex situations. You may not always spend that entire block directly with your provider, but that time ensures that your provider can thoroughly review your case, document appropriately, and deliver a complete, individualized plan without rushing or delaying your care.
This approach allows us to maintain quality, accuracy, and responsiveness for every patient while supporting the sustainability of our team.
Why this change? As our patients’ needs have become more comprehensive, our previous scheduling model no longer allowed enough time for the level of care we believe is necessary. Standardizing our visit structure helps us provide consistent, unrushed, high-quality care for everyone.
